Candice Swanepoel Victoria's Secret Shoot May Just End the Debate

In the sixth grade, my science-lab partner, Salamander Jones, stood up in the middle of the cafeteria and up and declared Mozzarella to be the greatest of all cheeses, case closed, end of discussion. Those around the table were taken aback by Salamander's out-of-the-blue pronouncement, so it took several moments before the real debate could ensue, an argument over the rankings of the world's greatest cultured dairy products that would last well past the lunch hour and into fourth period. Needless to say, Salamander never backed down from his unyielding support of the stringy Italian cheese.

I'm starting to feel the same way about the super sextastic Candice Swanepoel. She's to me what Mozzarella was to Salamander. A Victoria's Secret Angel so incredibly hot, I feel compelled to rise without hesitation to declare her preeminence among lingerie-modeling hotties. Nude, topless, clothes, bikini, lingerie, short shorts, half-dressed -- all of the above, all super sextastic. This young South African model is really starting to seal the debate with her hotness.

Kelly Osbourne's New Body is in Shape

Kelly Osbourne has lived the better part of her adult life in the public eye, including her ups, downs and battles with the scale.

The reality star and former 'Dancing With the Stars' contestant opens up in the December issue of Shape about her struggles with substance abuse and how getting healthy changed her life.

Although Osbourne has never claimed to be a wallflower, she admits that the media scrutiny proved too much for her to handle.

"I understand that being judged by others comes with the territory, but it broke my heart and ruined my self-esteem, " she says. "It sets you up to hate yourself in a huge way."

Since embarking on her quest for better health, her attitude toward her body has changed for the better. The newly svelte star tells Shape, "I stopped hating the way I looked."


On her first time wearing a bikini in Shape:
"Am I really about to bare all to the entire world? I'm so nervous!"

On how criticism of her appearance used to affect her:
"I was so angry about the things people said about me. I truly believe it's the main reason I turned to Vicodin and ended up in rehab three times. I just hated myself."



On getting motivated for her workouts:
"I would look at myself and think, 'Ugh!' I was miserable. To get to the gym -- when you already don't like yourself -- is really hard. So I had to make it fun. I started wearing cute outfits and putting on a little bit of makeup. And as vain as it sounds, it really helped me."

On her 50-pound weight loss:
"Ultimately, I'm really glad I lost the weight the way I did. I never thought in a million years I'd be that healthy girl who wakes up every morning to exercise. After being called 'cherubic and chubby,' I'm rocking a bikini! I feel silly, but I think I'm going to cry. Being on the cover of SHAPE is the biggest victory I could ever hope for."

Halle Berry Walks Around Naked

Halle Berry is 44 but she still has the body of a 20-something so it was fantastic to hear how she likes to be naked. During her appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Halle said she’ll sometimes walk around her house in the nude.

Although she says she’s not the type to strip down when she’s cleaning, if you catch her “just walking around the house,” she says you might just find her in her birthday suit. (“Sometimes …,” she teases.)

And people thought I was crazy when I told them I was going to hide in her closet for the next two weeks. Who’s the mentally unstable one now?!

Apple to Announce Agreement to Sell Beatles’ Songs on iTunes Today

Apple Inc. at long last is set to announce today that their online music store, iTunes, will include music from The Beatles, the best-selling music group of all time. Apple replaced its regular home page Monday with a note promising an “exciting” iTunes announcement at 7 a.m. PST Tuesday. The Wall Street Journal reported that talks between Apple, members of the Beatles and EMI, finally came together last week after decades of lawsuits and negotiations.EMI has acted as the distributor for the Beatles since the early 1960s, but Apple Corps has so far declined to allow the Fab Four’s music on any Internet music services, including iTunes.

For years The Beatles’ music label Apple Corps was involved in a bitter trademark dispute with Apple the computer company, which was finally settled in 2007. Details of the deal have yet to be revealed. Apple’s tenacious chief executive, Steven P. Jobs, is said to be a huge fan of the Beatles.
